The impact of the workplace cannot be ignored when looking at the overall wellness of the population. People spend a considerable amount of time at work, which has a direct impact on their lifestyles and stress levels. Clinical research indicates a strong link between living an unhealthy lifestyle and the development of chronic disease, which can have a profound effect on any company. If a company knows how healthy its employees are, it will have a better understanding of its financial and human resources risks, and how to improve them.
WEIGHT MANAGEMENT
Donnay believes in working with you to make a series of small changes over time, which are realistic and achievable, to help you reach your weight loss goals. She will work with you to set weekly weight, food and exercise targets that will help you achieve your long term weight loss goals. Donnay finds it important to ensure that these changes made are sustainable, and does not believe in fad diets or quick fixes. Her realistic weight management approach means less ‘yo-yo’ dieting and achieving better health while modifying your body composition.
Maternal & Infant Nutrition
Good nutrition during pregnancy and the early stages of your child’s life is essential in establishing healthy food habits that will last forever. Parents are given so much advice through various channels, some of which may be confusing and/or misleading. Let Donnay make it easier for you by combining the scientific literature with practical knowledge. As a mother of two with first-hand experience, she can offer advice on healthy eating during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and successful introduction of solids at an appropriate age.
